Client Contact Internships, Unpaid

The extensive supervision and training provided by FCNI enables interns to move into the field of human services with a solid foundation, enhanced resume and added insight into the types of services they may consider for their future career.

<p>Independent Living Program (ILP) interns have the opportunity to gain human service work experience while directly enhancing the wellbeing of local transitional age youth working toward self-sufficiency and independence. Interns commit to serving a minimum of 3 quarters (nine months), working 12 hours per week and are provided extensive training and supervision. This is an unpaid internship, eligible for college credit.</p>

Community Resource Development Internships, Paid

The Community Resource Development Interns work within the Family Care Network’s Community Resource Development Department, assisting with PR & Marketing, Community Relations, Event Coordination, Project Management, and Sales for at least one of our major annual events (Miracle Miles for Kids, Benefit for Kids, and Sponsor a Child). CRD Internships are paid and eligible for college credit.

<p>The Community Relations Intern works within the Family Care Network’s Community Resources Development Department, assisting with public relations, advertising, outreach, marketing and event planning for at least one of our annual events (Miracle Miles for Kids, Benefit for Kids, or Sponsor a Child). This is a paid internship that is eligible for college credit.</p>

The Community Resource Development Interns work within the Family Care Network’s Community Resource Development Department, assisting with PR & Marketing, Community Relations, Event Coordination, Project Management, and Sales for at least one of our major annual events (Miracle Miles for Kids, Benefit for Kids, and Sponsor a Child). CRD Internships are paid and eligible for college credit.

<p>The Event Coordinator Intern works within Family Care Network’s Community Resource Development Department, assisting with the coordination of at least one of our main events (Miracle Miles for Kids, Benefit for Kids, and Sponsor a Child for the Holidays). This is a paid internship that is eligible for college credit.</p>

<p>The Public Relations &amp; Marketing assists with event planning for at least one of our main events (Miracle Miles for Kids, Benefit for Kids, and Sponsor a Child for the Holidays), PR, advertising, outreach and marketing. This is a paid Internship that is eligible for college credit.</p>

The Community Resource Development Interns work within the Family Care Network’s Community Resource Development Department, assisting with PR & Marketing, Community Relations, Event Coordination, Project Management, and Sales for at least one of our major annual events (Miracle Miles for Kids, Benefit for Kids, and Sponsor a Child). CRD Internships are paid and eligible for college credit.

<p>The Project Management Intern assists the CRD Coordinator in managing various aspects of FCNI’s annual holiday gift drive (Sponsor a Child), in addition to event planning for at least one of FCNI’s events. This is a paid internship that is eligible for college credit.</p>

The Community Resource Development Interns work within the Family Care Network’s Community Resource Development Department, assisting with PR & Marketing, Community Relations, Event Coordination, Project Management, and Sales for at least one of our major annual events (Miracle Miles for Kids, Benefit for Kids, and Sponsor a Child). CRD Internships are paid and eligible for college credit.

<p>The Sales Intern works within the Family Care Network’s Community Resources Development Department, assisting with event coordination for FCNI’s Benefit for Kids fundraiser and play a key role in the creation of the silent and live auction items features at the event. This is a paid internship that is eligible for college credit.</p>

Human Resources Internship, Paid

FCNI currently maintains over 270 employees. Human Resources Interns work alongside our HR Manager to complete a large variety of tasks encompassing staff information, recruiting and HR protocol. This is a paid internship that is eligible for college credit.

<p>The Human Resources Intern works within the Family Care Network’s Human Resources Department, assisting within the areas of employment, personnel files, benefits and other HR functions. This is a paid internship that is eligible for college credit.</p>
