There are many wonderful ways that you can partner with the Family Care Network. By contributing goods or by financially donating, you can provide necessary items and services to the children and families we serve.  A few of the ways you can give are below.

Matching Gifts through your Employer
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contribution made by their employees.

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, complete the form and send it to the Family Care Network with your gift—we will do the rest! The impact of your gift to our agency may be doubled or possibly tripled!

Memorial/Tribute Giving

A gift to the children and families served by the Family Care Network is a wonderful way to honor or remember a loved one. Honorees receive a letter acknowledging the honor without gift amounts mentioned. Memorial cards are also sent to the family/friends acknowledging the gift without an amount being noted.

Mission Fish
Give to the Family Care Network by selling on eBay! It's a safe and easy way to donate proceeds from an eBay sale. Just list your items with eBay Giving Works—the easiest way to sell certified charity items on eBay. Through eBay Giving Works you can do well for yourself and help children and families at the same time!

Donate Goods
In several of the Family Care Network programs, staff members work with families who have short-term critical needs such as emergency car repairs and home furnishings, appliances and maintenance. Limited flexible funds are accessed by the agency as a last resort to meet these needs. First, all efforts are made to meet these needs through the help of Central Coast community members and businesses. The Family Care Network’s staff integrates a family’s critical needs into their Child/Family’s Case Plan and then contacts the Community Resource Development Department to determine if there are alternative community resources to meet these needs, such as in-kind gifts and services. Community involvement in meeting client needs is essential.

We invite you to donate new or gently used items and/or services such as apartment-size furnishings, musical instruments, sporting goods, diapers, home appliances, linens, books, clothing, car or home repair services, etcetera to meet critical needs.
